Time to tag and transcribe
You will be given a public comment with a voice recording and text transcribed from the recording. Read through the text while listening to the recording and fix any errors that may have occurred during transcription. Fill in as much of the form as possible from information given by the caller. Once the text has been corrected and all possible form entries are filled out, check the box that indicates the entry is fully complete and submit it. If unable to fully complete the entry, just submit without checking the box and another volunteer can take over right where you left off.
